I was wondering, does the xp boost from Voice of the Master stack with the xp boost from the Mantle of the Worldshaper?
I did find that they stack with the xp potions, so that's awesome. I'm just trying to find a way to catch up to my playing partners who all happen to be at least 1 level above me.

They are the same bonus so they do not stack.
You are correct that XP potions will stack with either the voice or the mantleOfficer of The Band of the Shifting Sands
