Earned TP during Maintenance, but didn't receive it!

Hello I didn't receive my 25TP for reaching 1300 favor(per100 favor bonus), and I think it's because I acheived this during the maintenance period that DDOwebsite and ddo store was doing.

I didn't even get the usual in-game mail saying "congrats on 1300favor, here's your 25pts".

It happened between 1:30am-1:45am PST approx on Friday Dec 11th (today)...i refreshed the ddo store like 100 times and everything and I'm not receiving the points or getting the in-game mail.
I did Elite Pit to go from 1292 to 1310 favor if it matters(already had it on normal).

-When should I expect my points or whom to I go about contacting about this issue?
-Has anybody ever experienced this before?
-Any advice?

I also tried running another quest for more favor after the maintenance was done to see if it would recognize that I had surpassed the 1300favor mark. no luck, now I'm sitting at 1315 with no points

ok I submitted them a ticket to them, apparently they will get back to me in "1-2 weeks" and hopefully I can get it resolved, but I have my doubts
