Leveling Sigils?

will I have to rebuy my leveling sigils after true Res or will they still be applied to my toon?

I could be wrong, but i swear i read that you only need them on your first go through, not on reincarnation.

Originally it was planned that you would have to re purchase them, then turbine came to their senses.

Level 13 reinc here, premium the entire way, no sigils necessary, level cap 20 on char sheet, enjoy your second life.
