So I've been away from DDO for quite a long time. I left about a month after the Stormreaver Raid in the Giantshold area was first released (think the level cap was 14 or 16 at the time). I want to come back and play, most likely just as a f2p, just for awhile to see if I wanna get back into the game. Problem is, I cannot, to save my life, remember what my account name was. I've tried to reset my account password on Turbine's website by guessing what my account name was, but I still have not received the email to tell me the new password. Do accounts get deleted after a certain amount of inactivity, or am I just really not remember my account name? (I usually use one of like three different ones, so I find it hard to believe I can't figure it out). I do, however, remember my character names and what server I was on, and was wondering if my account still exists, maybe somehow those could be used to get my account reset? I was on the Mabar server (which I think is now merged in to Argo if I remember correctly) and played characters named Bodwyn, Bodnyr, Mosely, Halfblood. Any help is appreciated.

If you contact the Account Management department with those character names and the server they were on, they can find the account for you. They'll need to verify some other information (like the product key, credit card, address, date of birth, email) and pending verification they can provide the original username for you.
