Look in your feats list? There's probably a past life feat listed. There you go, done.

Your character sheet includes the feats, skills, and enhancement pages. Your past lives are listed on the feats page.

Nope, you get 1 for free for each class (and can get that free class feat 3 times). That also unlocks a second feat that you can optionallly buy.

yes- the free feats. Example : Three times fighter reincarnated = 3 fighter free past life feats etc

True. However, I still think something that signifies how many build points would be appropriate on the character sheet.

IIRC the character builder use some hero terminology.
