    As long as you realize that with that chr and the 2 ftr levels you will have very low DC on your spells, you're good. (Not a problem if you only want to fight, buff, and heal not CC btw)

    That should be an effective TWF WC. The only thing I might change is to take the oversized TWF a bit later in the game. Stick with the light offhand and get the improved TWF in first for the additional attacks. Even the improved crit might be better first depending on your weapon choices.

    I would move one of the Fighter levels to level 2 and take Extend spell by Bard 4. With a 10 Charisma, you won't be casting much for the first few levels and the Extra weapons and hp from Fighter are very welcome. I would also switch TWF and Power Attack. Power Attack shouldn't be used at low levels that much (and I don't believe it works at BAB 0) but TWF can be useful on Normal and Hard from level 2.

    And when you get 2nd level spells, the difference between 4 min and 8 min Heroisms and Blurs make a huge difference in their usefulness in quests. And that doesn't even take into account the mana savings. By the time you hit 18, Extend will mostly be useful for Hastes. But at low levels, Extend really makes your spells more effective. Once you get Haste at level 7 it becomes even more useful. A 1:24 Haste is much better than a :42 one.

    My favorite levels for Fighter in a 18 /2 Bard/ Fighter Split are levels 2 and 10. I already mentioned my reasons for level 2. It doesn't delay Warchanter much either because it's hard to get Warchanter at level 6. It costs almost half your AP at that level plus half your feats. Waiting til level 7 will give you a more effective character before you take Warchanter.

    The reason I like level 10 is that you are a level 8 bard before taking your next Fighter level. That gives you Warchanter, Haste, levels 1 and 2 of the Bard Damage and Attack enhancements and the +1 to songs you get at level 8. It also brings you to BAB 8 and gives you a Fighter Bonus feat just in time for Improved Critical.

    I would take all the TWF feats and lvl one and to along with the Khopesh's. I did this with my duel wielding Pally build and it rocks!!!!
