i need help game keeps crashing

hi all i have a problem i log into the game select a world and it loads the first screen but when it goes to next screen the game crashes and i get this message;

"dndclient has encountered a problem and needs to close.
we are sorry for the incovenience"

does any 1 know how to fix this? i am using turbine and it worked last night

i get that frequently after the game crashes mid game. when I reboot sometimes it clears up.
