    Unhappy Saving Key Mapping

I've searched knowledge base. I'm a VIP and have contacted support several times with NO reply. I've also been scanning through these forums. Can anyone tell me how to save my Key Mappings. Every time I relog, I have to reconfigure my Key Mappings in the Options. I have tried to rename this file in My Documents. Also tried making it a READ ONLY. But, everytime I log into DDO. I have to reset ALL my key mappings. The ones I've deleted previously, reshow up again. Like the one I set for attack / Interact is NumPad Enter and Mouse Button 0. But everytime I log into game. I have to check to make sure, and everything has changed. My Attack/Interact turns to NumPad Enter NumPad enter. Until I change it back to Mouse 0 NumPad Enter. PLEASE help someone.

You may want to try renaming the keymap file to force DDO to create a new one and see if it resolves the issue. The keymap file can be found in the DDO folder inside My Documents as "ddo.keymap".
    The Moon Breaker Novels
Read the story of DDO's Xen'drik starting with The Salvation of Korthos (What is that thing at the end of Stopping the Sahuagin, anyway?) and
The Stormreach Syndicate (Zombies in the private vaults of the Lordsmarch Bank? What?)
