I've been considering getting the collar for my Pure fighter Kensei DPS toon.

I have fighter haste boost maxed with the 10% increased alacrity capstone.

I assume the 10% from Jorgundal's Collar stacks.

I just wanted to get some thoughts about how much that 10% from the collar would actually help. I think it would be useful situationally, like on shroud runs for increased DPS speed. Does it stack with haste? If it isn't useful when hasted then it's probably pointless for my build.

I'm currently using a necklace & ring set from TOD raid which is better for my all-around build but I was thinking this might increase DPS output for raids/raid bosses that I run all the time like Shroud.
