These feat ok?

For my 18wiz/2rogue halfling i wanted to go for the following feats would that be ok? I believe i get 11 feats

Dragon mark the three versions
Insightfull reflexes
Maximize
empower
heigten
quicken
Skill focuse umd
and then?

Toughness and one spell focus? or two spell focus no toughness not really and idea

I took skill focus cause i think i will get and endgame charisma of 22

which give me the following umd

23 ranks + 6 stats + 1 luck(voice) +3 golden cartouche + 3 skill focus + 4 great heroism=40

Can use a +2 skill boost to get it to 42

Not sure i am missing something easely atainable here?

You may want to consider one or both of the spell penetration feats. It's fairly hard to land non-damaging spells on many high-end mobs without them.

As well, I find the toughness feat to be valuable for increasing survivability.

It's all a matter of preference, of course.

Dont think i wanne ditch one of my feats but i could change the spellfocus to spell penetration
