Question DoS Paladin tank questions & build

I am trying to make a DoS pally tank that can tank bosses with dps hate and intim the trash, and selfheal a bit.

Correct me if I am wrong on these key points:
    - DoS is partialy hate creation and will be used to tank and hold bosses
    - Want dps for DoS' hate creation, hence a TWF would be better than S&B
    - S&B is still wanted for bosses and situational usage
    - Want both dps for hate and intim
    - Want intim for groups of mobs and trash mobs
    - Need about 520s plus in HP
    * What am I missing?

This build is just a variation of Junts, but I changed the stats a little.
I traded 2 in STR for more DEX and INT to get TWF, a cheaper CE, and dropped dodge.
Did I sacrific too much str to get TWF with Khopesh?
I also only have 1 +1 tome and it is only into INT for CE, so more tomes can be added to build as needed.
    Enhancements follow build*

If you are gonna take that much dex and go twf, I strongly advise dropping the healing-related metamagics and taking the entire twf line + power attack, which will also free up the devotion enhancements. That stuff is really high-end anyway, but just hte twf feat alone isn't enough added dps to merit taking it over power attack, or starting with all that dexterity.

With your starting dex and a +2 dexterity tome you will qualify for improved and greater two weapon fighting, which would make for an excellent build; drop the 3 metamagics and take improved ,greater and power attack in their place.

You'll be able to switch between a dps twf mode and an ac tank mode. The dos threat generation mechanic is not entirely working correctly, but paladins have another enhacnement that helps (divine righteousness) and with the option to twf for a while and then swap to your shield once your aggro is built up very high, you won't have issues.

This kind of twf variation would really benefit from being a true reincarnated build with extra build points to bring charisma up further, but there's not really a stat you can pull down for extra cha, so I'd keep your stats as they are.

Would you say I should keep UMD? Or just drop the feat and skill completely?

Don't drop it, umd is very important. The feat could be that, or dodge, its a tossup really. Being able to raise people is pretty useful, especially when you're the one with the super survivable ac mode.

I wouldnt say umd is really important, but it is really nice to have, really fun, and helps mitigate a lot of things.

shield wands are awesome for twf ac. +4 to ac up to 10 min if you can hit the check (38 I think)

Heal scrolls are very nice for doing stuff solo and topping off after fights, yourself or party mates. Its very cool to be able to do difficult quests and not have to wait for a healer. (check is 40)

Blur/stoneskin wands are very nice when nobody is around to cast them on you. Often are my UMD alts buffing groups that either A. run out of clickies or B. dont have them made yet.

Fireshield scrolls are very helpful in many situations allowing you to make up for lack of evasion very often.

Raise dead/resurrect/greater restore etc are all nice to have available. Obviously you wont carry all of em, but you will find which you like to have.

Now is it worth +1 to ac? That will depend on your final build and gear, but i would say when you start getting into the 80's you can afford to drop one point and not miss it too much. JM2C
