    So sad but true.

What do you mean? Do you mean what builds works with the enhancements or what works with the burst and aura abilities?

As to the aura, the metemagic feats empower, empower heal and maximize work with it. Any items or enhancements that improve divine healing also work on them. Extend does not work on them.

As to the builds, anything that involves 6 to 12 levels of cleric can make use of it.

The Aura or the Burst? I thought it was the burst?

Do you suggest Silver Flame Exorcism or Follower of the Sovereign Host? Why?

although silver flame exorcism can be pretty powerful, its a single-target banishment or minor damage over time once every 10mins... and at higher levels, you;re more likely only to see the low level damage side of it.

the sovereign host uber-heal though is the single most powerful healing effect available - and the ONLY thing apart from time or resting at a shrine that can get rid of death penalties, even multiple ones, which can be very handy in some quests or raids for getting a character back at full strength instantly - something you'll really appreciate after you've seen people dying in a trap (or to beholders), being rezzed & healed then immediately run back into the trap/beholder/whatever to die again, not realising they've effectively got 2 negative levels (then 4.. then 6..etc) which makes them more likely to die in every subsequent attempt.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

You can also take Charisma 2 as the prereq for RS, which will give you one more turn and a bonus to all your Chr based skills. I much prefer this to a 10 minute cooldown heal or single target banish.

    Default Faith

-IIRC, there is now the option to take a +2 CHA in place of a faith practice.
this could increase your Aura/Burst turns.
That being said, I personally have found the Sov. Host useful as mentioned above, and for that last ditch," Oh hell, heal the tanker" moment.
-Items that improve the output of your aura/burst include Devotion Items( as spec'd to level, Exm: Sup. Devotion 4 for the burst @ lvl 6 and Sup. Devotion 6 for the aura @ lvl 12) I will say here that i still use the scepter of healing from the invaders quest, as i have found it improves the crit average, though not necessarily the constant output of the aura.
-I have heard the Lorriks Items found in the Hound raid will reduce your Sp cost for having Emp. Healing active, so combined with the Enhancements, you could get your total extra sp used down to 4 sp, rather than 10. ( personally I still need to get these, mostly due to the fact I suck[ we'll save that discussion for another thread and place])
-Potency items will increase your output on aura, burst, heal spells and combat spells. There is debate about whether to carry a Sup. Potency Item or just a clickie or pots.

I am sure there is more Lore on this that the Vet. Divines can contribute, but that is all i have really.

    Happy Hunting =)

I carry a potency item, still trying to figure out how/what to get on my end gear to cover potency.
I can confirm Lorriks necklace stacks with enhancements, my empowered healing spells only cost 4sp more.
I still use the sceptre of healing (with potency item in offhand)
    I took the +2 cha.
When I get Lorriks defender, I will have to deal with the potency item, 4 hox's away hopefully.
