I understand the banner adds are here to help kick up revenue because DDO went F2P. However, I'm not a F2P'er and the banner adds annoy me. Yes, they're a small irritation, but they're still an irritant. As such I'd really love to see an option for VIPs to disable the banner adds.

Where? here in the forums? I barely notice them, as almost all websites have some sort of banner advertisements now, even my bank has some ( internal advert.) it just becomes white noise now. if you are talking the splash screens in game, well ok, I'll give you that... but I load fast enough, not to really notice them....

Turbine sold ad space on our characters. It's going to look like a bunch of nascar drivers out in stormreach, with people running around with castrol, citgo, goodyear, gatorade, cheerios, wonder bread ads all over their armors.....

Which leaves gapping white splotches at the top of my forums page. Almost as annoying as the banners themselves. And I know, it's a small thing, but gosh darned it...I pay my subscription. I really would love for that to be a VIP perk.
