Cannot become VIP

Hello, first apologize for my english, because am from Czech republic. I have several problems with this super game.
I downoad this game before 2 weeks, play it and i want be a VIP member. But. Before six month i purchazed in one shop magazin with this game. In this game is product key, but this is not function. I dont install game from DVD, rather downloading complete game with all patches, updates etc. Second, in menu from where are you from is only United states, mexico and canada. Is chance become VIP? Or must be only premium memeber? THX

They key from the magazine may be for the European version, run by Codemasters. That key won't work with the US servers.
