Need help. Credit card issue.

I became VIP last November 1, 2009 - December 1, 2009. My previous credit card got lost and I renewed it. I tried to apply for another 1 month of vip membership but its saying now invalid credit card number. help please?

Generally if the system is saying the card number isn't valid then the number entered can't be accepted. It may be that the number was typed wrong (it's easy to miss one digit out of 15 or 16) or that the card isn't a type we accept (ie not Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). If you keep having problems, I recommend calling the Account Management department and they can try to add the card for you.
