***? i had to cancel my credit for a week due to bank account problems and when i tried to log in, it said that i had to choose 10 characters to keep from the 16 that i have (all extra ones have been bought with TP). so i went to my account settings and updated my subscription. tried logging in again and it still said that i have to choose 10 characters.

i havnt seen this problem before so if anyone could help me fix it, it would b much appreciated. (i am a VIP incase that helps someone solve the problem)
