make Shroud Shards (regular, great, supreme) bind to account

i think one of the most frustrating things for players now is the abyssmal drop rate of regular shards. however, you always have one character that seems to be buried in them.

I thought the whole idea behind making them BTC was that they were the 'raid loot' in the Shroud.

Now, if only they would up the Shard drop rate on Hard and Elite to fit that...
