Default Ironclad Sneak (Any Help Appreciated)

Been coming to the build section lately, and with the CharGen I've become familiar with almost every feat and enhancement in the game, so I have decided to put together a build. This is my first (aka. It could probably use some tweaking) and it is built with 28 point build in mind, but i might just do this as the reincarnate of my dwarf exploiter build, and then I will get 32 point build and more skillpoints, making this a more effective build. It will sneak in the heaviest it can go without penalty, which at level 9/10 will be any fullplate masterwork or better, and will dual wield dwarven axes, any help will be appreciated, especially where feats are concerned:

By wearing a fp you can't use evasion, so that in itself sends the first major hammer to your idea.

Also, what's the point of going 4 rogue over 2 rogue/18 fighter?

Your starting stats look fine for a 28-pt early character. Whirlwind attack is not worth it, and neither are dodge, mobility, diehard, stealthy, etc.

For points in hide? Don't. Invisibility potions/wands are the only thing you really need. Thus, if you're really bent over stealth, drop stealth, and pick up SF: MS, which, although better, is still not recommended. With those Skill points, pick up UMD, and because you have UMD, change your alignment to True Neutral. Even if there's one piece of advice you take from me, it would be at least changing your alignment to Neutral Good or True Neutral.

And aside from that, there's the whole concept of your build. What do you hope to achieve? A sneaky fighter who can kill stuff from the shadows? In a group, you'll only slow it down, soloing, you'd be better off with a pure assassin rogue who can actually, well, assassinate stuff. The armor part doesn't help much either, as, if you're sneaking, then your AC doesn't matter, and if you're not, then why would you make a build around sneaking. And that's notwithstanding the fact that with a 16 base DEX, you're better off with robes anyways, and even then, it will take a lot of grinding for the right gear to make your AC worthwhile.

I don't mean to be unduly harsh, but, simply, its just an impractical idea.

Well, evasion only works in light or no armor. And is too good a feat to ignore IMO.

Might I suggest a veriation of the Monster build. Rgr6/Rog4/Ftr10. And look at light armor or robes. it will give you a lot more skill points.

Pretty sure evasion will work with a tower shield, if you choose that route at times.

Take the faster sneaking I enhancement, and get a good set of striders.

Consider UMD. Scrolls of Invisibility and Summon Monster I can help your sneaking.

Take every enhancement and use items to max out your SA damage. drop to stealth to assist in getting SA damage. Or disable traps without agroing monsters.

The key to zerge stealthing, is zerge faster than your friends btw. But it has some uses right next to others.

Barbarians wear medium armor and get more skill points, armor matters less than other classes so going with light is no big deal as compared to a fighter or pally who should stick to heavy. An 18/2 Barb could do this really well. A halfling gets racial sneak bonuses, a human gets free skill points, but really any race could do it with the rogue splash.

Think about Conan when he painted on the camo and stealthed into Thulsa Dooms temple.

The problem I have had with a stealthy Brb is that DDO has decided the only thing barbs are good for is Rage. And you can not stealth when raged.

But yeah, Brbs get more skill points, so it's easier to build one.

Thanks for the criticism, gonna work out a new build in a bit and post here. My point in stealth + full plate was as a scout, but also as an assassin when the going got rough, while still being able to tank. according to you guys this is impractical, so ill mock up something else.
