    Default WF THF starting CHA

I've done a lot of reading on this topic. I realize 20 base CHA is needed to gain access to the highest Divine Might, but I've also read that that's not as important with THF. My question is whether I should start with 14 or 16 CHA. 14 to 16 is a 6-point investment, and I want to make sure it's going to be worth it in the long run. If I go with 16 CHA, I'm looking at 16/8/14/8/8/16. If 14 CHA, I'm thinking 16/8/16/10/10/14. I guess in the latter scenario I could put some level-up points into CHA, but I'd prefer to save them all for STR. Opinions? Thanks in advance.

On a wf, a 16 CHA is like an 18 for any other race. And 18, being the max, is a huge investment, and thus, other important stats such as STR, and CON start to suffer, and you might not have enough points to put into WIS. 14 should be the most on a WF, and, depending how the rest of your stats work out, maybe even 13.

    Into wis ...?

    What?

Never need to put points into wis, even on a wf paladin.

WF get 6 base WIS. That means they need a +2 tome and a +6 item to cast lvl 4 spells. And, judging by the join date, I don' think getting a +2 tome to be able to cast lvl 4 spells is going to be nice. I don't want to say "don't play a Paladin until you get a +2 WIS tome", so, he needs at least 2 points into WIS, which, granted, is not a lot, but is still worth considering.

Righto. I don't have the in-game or real (can you even get +2 tomes at the DDO Store?) cash to get tomes yet.
