After I upgraded, and logged in, it said I could make up to 10 characters on the character creation page. I was even able to create a third character last night, though I didn't have time to log her in and play her. Today I went in and was confronted with a dialog that requested that I decide which of my three toons I wanted to be "active" since my account was only a free one --or I could upgrade to VIP status by buying a subscription, but I had already done that last night, paying for three months in advance by credit card.
Thinking something must have gone wrong I changed the credit card, then my account was back. But I was working so I couldn't play. Logging in tonight, the character was greyed out again, and the account had reset to Free! Something has gone terribly wrong with your "My Account" Pages! I'm pretty upset about this. I don't see why I need to call a long distance number and pay even more for YOUR mistake! Where is your 1-800 number?
I understand that things go wrong with computers and software. You should understand that by now too and have things in place to rectify problems on your end smoothly and efficiently for your customers.
I was considering purchasing a subscription for a friend of mine, but considering I can't even get my own account to stay paid I've decided to forget that.
Please get on with fixing these account problems asap. I love the game but I won't bother bother purchasing anything again from you people if you can't.
