    Angry Paid for Unlimited Access by Credit Card, but account keeps resetting to f2p!

    After I upgraded, and logged in, it said I could make up to 10 characters on the character creation page. I was even able to create a third character last night, though I didn't have time to log her in and play her. Today I went in and was confronted with a dialog that requested that I decide which of my three toons I wanted to be "active" since my account was only a free one --or I could upgrade to VIP status by buying a subscription, but I had already done that last night, paying for three months in advance by credit card.

    Thinking something must have gone wrong I changed the credit card, then my account was back. But I was working so I couldn't play. Logging in tonight, the character was greyed out again, and the account had reset to Free! Something has gone terribly wrong with your "My Account" Pages! I'm pretty upset about this. I don't see why I need to call a long distance number and pay even more for YOUR mistake! Where is your 1-800 number?

    I understand that things go wrong with computers and software. You should understand that by now too and have things in place to rectify problems on your end smoothly and efficiently for your customers.

    I was considering purchasing a subscription for a friend of mine, but considering I can't even get my own account to stay paid I've decided to forget that.

    Please get on with fixing these account problems asap. I love the game but I won't bother bother purchasing anything again from you people if you can't.

    Check with the credit card company and see if it was billed?
    Please split the class forums into REAL subcategories this is a jumbled mess.

    Generally speaking, when this error happens it means that the subscription payment is not being processed. Subscription fees are always charged in the morning, so if the payment doesn't go through after you resub, the account is suspended back to free access. If you check with your card company, I'm sure you'll find the payment hasn't processed. You may see a few $1.00 USD authorization holds, but they will be automatically released back to the card in a few days.

    You can contact the Account Management department to resub the account and process the payment too.

    I had this exact same problem today

    Upgrade to VIP, see I need to buy drow race, purchase points, create monk, play for 30 minutes, get kicked of out game, shows premium, purchase monk, play and hope things work out.

    Submitted ticket and hope for the best.

    If points process fine why wouldnt game account subscriptions ?

    Since points purchases are immediate, but subscription payments are processed in the morning for everyone, in some cases the points purchases bring the card balance down below the amount due for the subscription fee. You could check with your credit card company or bank about that.
