Default Cannot Conect ( Server Online)

I've been experiencing this problem for 2 weeks , i've became a VIP and bought a new Notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium .

I've already tryed running as Admin , Running on Vista or XP packs , Firewall issues , uninstalling -reinstalling 3 times , and a high ammounth of secret techniques , but none worked . I've also tried all the tips and fixes on the internet , the ones at the "support" stuffs , NONE worked...

I can't even get to the Patching Part of it , the error is right at the beggining.

    Here's the error:

Again , The server IS ONLINE at this time , im using an original version of Windows 7 Home Premium 32 b , on a NOtebook with a Core 2 Duo proc. ,4gb ram and a 9600GS video card....

    PLease reply asap ^^

Just a slight point, you asked for help on Friday at 11 at night. It is now Sunday morning. While they do have in game help lines, things like account issues might have a smaller staff over the weekends.

Also did you actually send a message to customer service or are you relying on them seeing this thread? From past experience they will eventually see this thread, but pretty sure there is not someone checking it every few minutes or even close to that.

There are a number of possible issues, including which client you are trying to evoke to connect with. There are sometimes issues with connctions relating to the TDM. Too many for me list here.

Sorry you have not received an answer yet, but it really helps to ask via the best channels. Contact them directly via message or phone, instead of a forum post.

    Default help me

[ to. I when I click on to a server to log on nd play, have the thing say its trying to load new game data, and say sQUOTE=mycaldh1;2647381]I am havin a very smilar problem, except that it happens on every server I try to log onearching for or to log on server connection 1 of 20,etc.When it gets to th 20th attempt,it thing minimizes to a D20 roling thing, and a alert window pops up and says: connection failed, client timed out.

This happens with every server I try,not just 1 or 2 like with you.

So can anyone please help the original poster and myself both with this please.
