launcher/turbine failing to load in

i've had nothing but trouble with this game since I downloaded it, and while I love actually playing it. i'm not getting to do that as much as I would like thanks to the game only working about 40% of the time I want it to run. right now it's on a streak of the launcher just simply never loading. I click either the D&D start thing or the turbine downloaded, which also has the play button on it, and it begins to load, yet before it even gets to the login screen the whole thing just stops. as if I never started it. i've looked around for anyone with a similar problem and have searched it but haven't found anything yet. any help is appriciated.


read somewhere i'm supposed to post some sort of log with this but I couldn't find appdata or some file It was supposed to be in. sorry for that if that inconviniences anyone trying to help

Edit: I have seen several posts on something similar but it seems no answer as been found for them either. I guess i'll keep trying
