Used a gamecard, still not vip!

Hi! my problem started last week when i got a gamecard from paybycash, after i got the gamecard i found that my acc have the "add gamecard bug".

With problems to PM anyone on this forum (The button don`t exist here O.o) and some noob questions about how to send a ticket (now i know i just need to type 0000 in the card number) i created another account, and this fixed the bug above! I used the gamecard but after 9-11 days im still a f2P.

I sended a ticket to acc management 8 days ago, but still no response!

I really don`t know what to do anymore :/ !

I got a e-mail from Acc support but its just with a free product Key!

This still don`t fix my gamecard problem!

No help? Its sux to pay for a gamecard, use it, and not get the time i paid for!

14 days from the first ticked. I sended 1 more ticket because its already 2 weeks since the first! The waiting time is too big!

Still no response, only got +1 free key in my e-mail! ¬¬

Do you have the game card payment option to enter the game card key?
I had to enter a product key to get the game card payment option.
And entering the product key gave me 30 days of vip time showing on the billing date.
