WF Wiz/Rog Help! (28 Point)

Looking to duo with a fellow friend plaiyng a WF Barb. Plan to start at level 1 as a rogue, switch to wiz until WoF, then back to rogue for one last level and finish with wiz. Could someone give me the quick skinny on the following?


Stat Build

Do starting tactics matter?

Spells to get prior to WoF? I keep reading acid or fire, but not sure how much to up them ect.

Feats and enhancements as this combo?
