TWF Paladin DPS BUILD

I am convinced TWF is better single target DPS than 2HF, and that is what i am after.

HUMAN Starting stats: 32pt.
str:16 + 4 lvl ups
dex:15
con:12
wis:8
int:8
cha:16 +1 lvl up

Feat Selection:
(1)TWF
(1)Exotic:Kopesh
(3)Toughness (EDIT)
(6)Power Attack (will swap for ITWF after level 7 +2 dex tome)
(9)IC Slash
(12)GTWF
(15) Power Attack (after the swap at level 6)
(18) Extend Spell(EDIT)

The idea here is to stay pure paladin, Divine Might 4 is withen reach, lvl 20 stat point to CHA & +3 tome...which by level 20 i should have access too.

Skills will be UMD and uhh....i donno

enhancements? heck if i know but they are easy to reset if you mess them up...

So, am i missing anything here?
