    Default Waiting on TP points

    Hi,

    I received a response on my game issue from From: +Brynner Subject: Support Ticket #1815328 but have not recieved the 1000 tp as indicated in the email. Brynner indicated in the ingame email that it would take up to 48 hours but it has been over 4 days. Please advise?

    I'm sorry, but we're not able to assist with specific issues like this via the forums. If in-game support advised you that you would receive something, and you haven't yet, I recommend opening a new ticket with in-game.

    However, if this is in regards to your monthly VIP points, please contact the Account Management department. In-game doesn't have as much information about those points.
