Buffs still displayed with 0:00 time remaining

Heya! I have 2 Issues:

1) My buffs stay on my top right, and still show 0:00 time on them. If I leave a dungeon, the buff still stays, and I can cast it a second time, it shows up with a different icon.

2) When I'm in town and pickup a quest, the gold chalice icon on my map doesn't fade to gray on my map. (Although it is grey over the quest giver's head).

Anything I can do? Also, I recently updated to the newest version of directx. I hope I don't have to find a special version to roll back too :/

1 belongs to the bug with the masters touch spell. simply relog and they are gone
