What is the difference (if any) between a Heightened Greater Command and a Heightened Command? Does it affect more 'Named'?

Command is single target, Greater Command affects an area. It's pretty much awesome.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. In terms of targets. Do they effect exactly the same list?

Greater also lasts a hell of a lot longer.
