My computer is not outdated, in fact it runs both WoW and Left 4 Dead 2 at its best graphics abilities without a hick up. Yet I get this weird freezing issue when I only play DDO. It is recent in fact, and I did look into it myself, checking drivers, cookies, virus scan, blah-blah-blah. When I exerted all of my resources and realized it is not coming from me or my internet provider. I asked Turbine for help, and as I sit here paying a monthly charge I am to wait 1-2 weeks for a response. That is ridiculous, for people who pay to expect to happily sit by for a week or two, some I have read months upon months, not playing the game for the tech support to help us.
I am paying for a service, and if a service is not delivered then one should be reimbursed. I do however admit, some issues do come along, servers being, hackers, and unexpected delays from implementing patches/updates. Yet for people to have an ongoing problem that has not been resolved for over a week plus, where they cannot play/enjoy the product/service they have purchased is unacceptable.
Many issues of varying types have come up recently, and continue to go unresolved, and yet we are, as far as I can guess, expected to sit by here and hope on good faith that tomorrow I will be able to enjoy the game I pay for. For some people that continues to extend on and on, and the reason it is on faith is because no one is communicating to us, even truly acknowledging our problems. Yet we do as they ask, they leave us no phone number that actually goes anywhere, they ask us to post it here, seek help from others first, then the tech support. So we do, and we wait...
