    Default I cannot (and have never been able to) pm for some reason. I am F2P

    I posted this question a few weeks ago. I am unable to PM, and have no option to check off in my userCP to allow pms. Can someone please help me? I am unable to communicate with anybody to ask them something with out having to start a thread!

    Thanks- I filled out a ticket. Is there any confirmation page or email I should get after submitting it? It just kinda disappeared and reset- I assume this is normal?

    There should be a confirmation page. Be sure you're using Internet Explorer (6 or 7... or IE8 with compatibility mode) or Mozilla Firefox when viewing any Turbine websites (help forms, the forums, the Account Management page, etc). In this case I'd actually recommend you submit a second request, because I don't think the first one was received.

    I'm using Firefox- I use the Forum Support link you have provided, and when I click submit after filling out the ticket there is a brief pause then a screen change back to the submit ticket page, which is now blank. Maybe I have more than just PM problems?

    D'oh.. Have you noticed any black holes nearby recently that maybe your light and sound is being sucked into....?

    Sorry.... I'll see what I can do without that.

    Is the email address that's on file on your account a valid one that you have access to?

    OK- thanks. When should I receive the email (it's not there yet)? Will it also address the problem of submitting the ticket itself? My account seems to have some glitches, some of which I may not even recognize.

    Your request has gone into the forums team queue. They answer all emails in the order they are received. When they get to yours, they'll send an email. Sorry, but I'm not sure how long the wait currently is.

    Regarding your issue submitting tickets, it may actually be an issue with your browser. This may also be why you can't PM. I recommend checking your security settings on the browser... if its set too high the browser may block our system from making changes properly to the site. It could also be a caching issue. I recommend clearing your cache and adding the Turbine sites you use to any sort of exceptions list your browser may have.

    Also, if you always only use Firefox, you might try it in Internet Explorer. If that works, you'll know its something with the browser settings.

    I've had the problem with IE as well. I'll try playing around with my settings as you say. Regarding PMs though, it doesn't even come up as an option in the list if I click on somebody's name.

    Unless it's a pop-up blocker issue, I doubt it's my browser settings.

    When I click on your name I don't see a PM link there. I've got several PMs sent and received and have a Premium account. Maybe something in the website got borked?
    Please split the class forums into REAL subcategories this is a jumbled mess.

    Yeah, I dunno. It's like I said- I don't even get the option to send a pm to somebody if I click on their name, and now I know I don't have the link in my tab. I only found DDO a month or so ago, so I don't have any baseline comparison, other than other online forums which allow PMs regardless of paid subscription or not. Still waiting for the email from the service crew too.. Frustrating, because I know there are all *kinds* of people waiting to talk to me ha ha....

    So...... I did some digging, and I found out that Free accounts don't have the option to PM. Premium and VIP accounts have that option, but Free accounts don't at this time. I don't know if that's whats stopping you, but figured I'd mention it.

    As far as the email goes, I do know that it is in the queue, and you will receive a response when they reach your email in the queue order.

    Hey, im from EU, trying to fix subscription, and it keeps saying im from unauthorized region...how can i fix that, and why is there NO SUPPORT what so ever, no one single email addres, all ypou get is some FAQ????
