Regarding your issue submitting tickets, it may actually be an issue with your browser. This may also be why you can't PM. I recommend checking your security settings on the browser... if its set too high the browser may block our system from making changes properly to the site. It could also be a caching issue. I recommend clearing your cache and adding the Turbine sites you use to any sort of exceptions list your browser may have.
Also, if you always only use Firefox, you might try it in Internet Explorer. If that works, you'll know its something with the browser settings.
