Yugoloth Potions?

I can't seem to find much information on these Potions:

~ Where are they found (how acquired)
~ Full listing of what they do
~ Full listing of their negative side effects.

Research so far:

They are favor rewards from the Yugoloth (Shavarath Pack) Never been there, don't even know how to get there but yeah.. so now as to what they do....

The devil battlefield is accessible via the twelve. When you go into the building go straight and take the door. Talk to the guy and if you're high enough level he'll port you to Amrath in the plane of Shavarath.

It's a lvl 18+ zone for the quests. Once you get 75 favor you can buy the pots.

The pots boost your stats. +2 STR, +2 CON, etc. These stack with everything. Most of them (possibly all) have some negative effect as well.

They also have other hidden, positive effects

As an example, the wisdom potion provides +2 stacking wisdom, +4 natural armor, and -4 to reflex save.

Not all the hidden benefits and negatives have been figured out. I had a thread on it somewhere.

I recall that post/discussion, but the thread wasn't about the potions, IIRC, so it's hard to find. What I do remember though:

Con: +2 Con, +20 max HP, penalty to a save I believe.
Dex: +2 Dex, can't recall bonus, -1 attack (or -2?).
Int: +2 Int, regen a few SP every few seconds while pot is active (something around 300 SP regen'ed I think), -50% fortification (making them almost entirely unusable)
Cha: +2 Cha, -4 Fort, ?
Str: +2 Str, -4 Will, ?
