I decided to turn in some of my Copper Festivus Coins to the Jester in the Harbor. 2901 copper exactly. Here was my results:

760 Sun Flasks (76 @ 10 each)

170 Cupcakes (114 @ 1 each / 28 @ 2 each)

As the Jester has explained, there is a chance that a Copper turn in can be a Silver and a Silver a Gold and a Gold a Rare. Here are the few Copper turn-ins that came back Silver rewards:

If you are crazy enough to count them, this totals 995 total rewards. With only 2901 coins, there should only be 967 rewards but I noticed in the texted that occasionally i received 2 cupcakes instead of just 1.

Has anyone turned in a Copper, Silver or Gold Coin an received a rare item?

If I remember correctly I had 377 Coppers,around...80 Silvers and a mere 9 Golds.

The Golds only gave me cookies and I was handing them in three sets at a time with the "Here take what you need" option,I got a GS Greatclub...which I am at a complete loss on what to do with since I'm relatively new and I rarely,if ever,see anyone use Greatclubs.

I do think I can consider myself lucky though,since you had nearly ten times what I had and didn't get anything rare like that.

Also,the GS came from a Silver that "ranked up",since I was out of Gold ones pretty early.

If that GS Greatclub came from 2 Silvers, that means it ranked up twice. Once to go Gold and once to become a rare. That is like hitting a mouse on a Horse 1000 yards off. As for my 2901 coppers, if one of those ranked up 3 times together, that would have been like hitting a mouse on a Horse galloping at 1000 yards away. Nice drop though.

As for what to do with it. Ask around for ppl interested in GS weapons. One hit I can give you is that it takes running 5 high lvl quests and using ingredients to make it, so it does have value. Make sure if you don't keep it, that you are given FULL value for it. If you think you might someday be up in levels around 15-20, keep it or possibly trade it for a GS weapon that you would wield.

Currently a level 13 Sorceress so I won't be using it on her,future plans on characters are only for a Cleric(Sword and Shield) and a Ranger(typical TWF/ranged).

So...I'll have to try finding a price for it,not sure if I can manage to trade it off for something I'll use since,well,does anybody even use Greatclubs?!

One other thing, I hope you read this. Double check the description of the item. They bind to character when you equip them, so if you want to trade it, make sure not to equip it first. Or else you are stuck with it.

Percentage of upgrades might be static. I know that my 2901 copper and 608 silver are probably not a big enough pool to see the breakdown but the percentage of my upgraded rewards are as follow:

967 Copper rewards / 15 upgraded Silver rewards received - 1.551%
304 Silver rewards / 7 upgraded Gold rewards received - 2.30%

note: Since I was receiving Sun Flasks (20 at a time) as a reward for copper and silver, my copper coin turn-ins that upgraded to a silver reward percentage is probably off. So if there were upgraded rewards that ended up Sun Flasks, lets say 7-8 more, then the percentage of copper:silver would be closer to the percentage of silver:gold. There is no way to tell since Sun Flask are given as Copper and Silver rewards, but this is a good start.

I've been too lazy to count and keep track of what I received. Gave cupcakes away, and still haven't sorted through all the cookies. No rares, though.

It is a very rare item as we can't craft them at this time. I would make sure you get something very special for it. At a minimum another greensteel blank that you can use.

Pretty low percentage of upgrade compared to the upgrade of Coppers and Silvers. Perhaps it is suppose to be lower, or maybe I was severly unlucky, or both.

I believe it supposed to be lower. Otherwise there would be hundreds of players running around with their +4 unbound tomes.

About 4000 copper, 5-600 silver and about 160 gold and nothing noteworthy so far. Tons of cookies tho

Too bad you aren't on Cannith where they go through the effort to cash in the coins and then sell the cookies to the broker in Ataraxia's Haven. I get to buy whatever I want for 58 gp each. The pugging can be a little rough, though it's fairly entertaining.
