Any ideas where else it would be? I would assume it goes to default place, but its not in my ddo folder, the only thing in there is ddo.keymap and user pref

should be in that folder. That's where all mine go anyway; you sure you took a screenshot? I know sometimes I'll hit the screenshot hotkey and for whatever reason it doesn't register sometimes. It'll give you a notice in the chat window if it was successful. If that's not the case then I'm not sure what could have happened to it.

Yup. Look for the Dungeons and Dragons folder in your computer's main Documents folder.

Right clicking on the tray icon and selecting "Explore Screenshots Folder" should take you to there.
