Reincarnation does not work

I bought the druidic item, talked to Kruz, loged out, and clicked in reincarnate button, started creating my char and in the end, when I click in finish button it says that my name is not allowed. when I change the alignament and click again it says: YOUR CHARACTER COULD NOT BE CREATED. I'm stucked in lv 20, with the reincarnation symbols in my name and its really annoying... I've used the name change service trying to change my name but no answers, 5 days now, and if the problem is with my surname and I can't change it, why the game allowed me to create a char that was going to be stucked at the middle of the road? Anyone know what I must do without make another char? I've invested a lot money and time to reach lv 20, and I love my char, simple don't want to lose it becouse there's a BUG in the game...

Please contact support. and you might wish to retract the name change somehow. That might further complicate your situation.
