Default Cannot get to Stormreach "Content Downloading, please try again in a moment"

I have finished all tasks on the initial island and have tried to make my way to Stormreach. After talking to the Captain I talked to the first mate who always states, "Content Downloading, please try again in a moment".

I have tried for several days now with multiple characters with no luck. I have Windows Vista 32, and have removed all firewalls, but still no luck.

Has anyone else ran into the issue, and solved it?

more than likely, your down-loader isn't actually downloading the full game. You can uninstall, and then just spend the 1-2 hours to do a fresh download of the full game. That's a LOT easier than trying to troubleshoot the buggy down-loader.

ok if you haven't made DDO "run as admin" do that, otherwise I'm outta ideas. You made sure you didn't do the "progressive" download right?

When I originally downloaded DDO, I let the whole thing download at once and didn't try to play before it was finished downloading and installed and I've not had any issues in this area.

I would recommend a full delete, even checking your registry, then re-downloading again without doing the Progressive Install (the one that allows you to play at the same time you're downloading.)
