Hello, I started playing when this game went free and subscribed to VIP for a month, but now that I ended my subscription I went back to free. Should I be "premium"?

It states you'll be upgraded to premium when you purchase turbine points, since you purchased VIP package and not points you might not be elegible for premium. It sounds stupid, but there seems to be alot of stupid quarks in the system.

Any player who has paid (real life money) for subscription fees or points should have Premium access as a minimum. If you don't, please contact the Account Management department for assistance.
Renas, I recommend you check your account though. A little beholder may have waved a magic wand....
