    Unhappy Freezing rather often...

I don't know what's wrong, been trying to play since half a day ago, trying every once in a while to see if it'll work, but it's still not working for me,it was running perfectly fine yesterday too.

The problem is that I just freeze and become unable to do any actions at all, although I can still chat and read chat, which is odd, seems to happen whenever I interact with hostile monsters,I was at GH and took the teleport to Stormeye to kill the pride rare near the gateway, whenever I drop my WoF I freeze 2-3 seconds later.

I've tried doing other stuff after quite a while, went over to Irestone to farm Coins(which I sadly procrastinated on doing...) and I freeze around the 3rd camp I reach and usually end up dead after I quit and reopen DDO.

This is really,REALLY frustrating me due to the Festivult Jester coming tomorrow and I wanted to load up on Coins while it was still the weekend...

    Please help me!

Try to get the latest drivers for your graphics card.

Also, try dumbing down the effects to see if it's something you card can't handle?

If this doesn't work - post your DXDiag

I tried lowering graphics, same thing happened and besides...it was working very smoothly yesterday,I don't think my graphic card suddenly decided to downgrade itself.

    You would be surprised...

Is there anything you have updated since yesterday? Even windows updates?

I suggest posting a DXDiag and let all the techies have a look over it

    Yep, i created that thread.

Im wondering if fowarding ports were not just a coincidence.

I bet even if i didnt fowarded ports, the game would have run just fine that day.
Right now, my ports are fowarded and i didnt do anything wrong while fowarding.

It's not just DDO, everything that uses internet on my comp is slow as hell, even if i've always been fine. Though downloading with Utorrent is not affected, my connection is flawless when using torrents.

It's now worst than ever, i barely manage to log in and when i enter the world i cant move or do anything, just like you.

I guess i'll have to call Bell, though i'll do anti-spywares and stuff just so they cant argue with me, because seriously, spywares nowadays are nowhere strong enough to make your internet lag, unless you got a 56k.
2 years ago i was full of spywares and everything was running fine. Never even felt a slowdown on internet because of that, though i did felt CPU performances got weaker.

If the thread creator has the same problem as me, then it's obviously not a graphic problem.
As we were both able to play without a problem, never updated anything since at least two months, plus i tryed on two different computers with approx. the same result.
And as soon as i enter the world, the lag indicator turns red with 0% packet loss.

    Seriously this is getting frustrating...
One day it works... next day it doesnt...
It's like giving a kid a lollipop and let the kid lick it once then take it away and let him cry.
    You know... it's cruel!

You guys really need a 5th lvl repair wand...
Make sure you wave and cast it at me first.

[EDIT] I just removed the ports the turbine support told me to add and the game now works..
Im completly clueless.. but im happy as long as it works.
I have yet to play a few hours, but for now, i can connect and move and talk without lag.
