Server wide lagout?

hello there,
i play on Thelanis and 4 days ago i started getting packet losses. i get stuck in the game constantly because i get a packet loss, yesterday it got over 200% before coming back to normal. i can still play, hit stuff, zone in other zones, hear other players. I just cant send tells or they come in 2-3 mins later, cant put lfms up, cant go into quests,cant speak to npc, all i can see is the first text. if i try to pick something nothing happens. been lasting for 4 days now, just wanna know whats up with that. It happens everytime i change instance for example or keeps coming back intermitently.
it seems much better around 10pm (EST) Before that it is impossible for me to follow a group effectively without having any issues. is there a fix being worked on for that cause i know its not a probblem on my end , a lot of ppl are having those issues and everythign else is working perfectly. just wondering, i love this game no matter what, but i cant keep paying for a game i can barely play and frustrates me every time i play it

Having the same lag problem in Ghallanda. Started Friday (-3GMT). Can play at mornings, but at night the lag is stronger than me.....,,,
Get 200% loss and almost a minute of latency...
It happen more often when I enter a dungeon. When in the Market or Korthos or Harbor, the lag get in for 2-3min and than get out.
Now my toon is stucked in the Catacumbs, in front of the exit to the Market and I can´t leave...

Guess i should be glad i don't play past 7-8PM EST very often, i was on till a little after 7 yesterday in Ataraxia and no lag whatsoever.
