    Exclamation Need help from turbine, points problem.

    Hi, i bought a prepaid credit card to pay for VIP status, i also bought some DDO points with it, but i accidentially exceeded the cards limit, yet i realised it let me purchase it anyway...
    If there is any way you can track it, could you revoke, or reverse the last two points purchases?
    If im correct i did not have enough account balance for those purchases so i dont know why it let me..

    Ok now i was just booted from the game and lost my vip status which i just payed for.....
    Can you guys fix this?
    I payed for my Vip status FIRST and now i cant even play my stuff.
    Can you not just revoke my points purchases and return my VIP status??

    For your own security you should NEVER EVER post your username on the website or share it with anyone.
