I have a phenom Quad-Core 9600 (2.3 mhz) and i am seeing some real studdering issues. It is especially bad when more people are around or i am in raids.

I have 8Gb of ddr2 RAM, and the auto video options puts me at Very High, but the studdering is there regardless of the video setting (i.e. low is just as bad as veryhigh).

I am convinced my problem is either CPU or my connection. I am only seeing DDO use 2 of the cores... Is that right? Should it be using all 4?
