Default Please Critique My Bard Build(s)

I'm trying to build a TWF/CC focused Bard with high UMD and somewhat decent haggle (but not super important) this is what I have so far. Bear with me this kinda long (Will reduce to one build when I get feedback on race choice) I don't really care whether this build is MC or Pure but if you do suggest a MC could you please explain why (previous build requests people have just posts a good mix w/o explanation) Also I'm not sure what Prestige to go (most people I've asked say unless you go Warchanter don't waste your AP)

I like the Drow for the starting stats (no tome req for GTWF) but their enhancements don't really suit Bard (or ANY class really) and I don't particularity like the Drow race. The Halfling helps with the bonus to Dex and a good enhancement setup. I'll probably go Elf because their similar to Drow starting bonus wise (immune to sleep, etc. not stats) AND they have a good enhancement line but the Humans extra feat/skill points might really help out.

Note: I will starting this character at Level 4 (Head Start) for so if a MC gimped me Level 1-3 but gives me just that much more power at 4 That's ok.

As I tell ALL Bards, 12 Con does not cut it. You need 16 Con to make a liveable Bard that wont need to be healed all the time. People argue it, but its true, the one great weakness to Bards is the paltry amount of hitpoints we get.

16 con is a stupid investment, my bard started with 10 con (drow) and gets along fine in ALL content, and heals herself just fine.
