I read about them but what are they used for? If anyone can point to a post or website about it, that be great.

I read about them but what are they used for? If anyone can point to a post or website about it, that be great.

They are used in crafting Epic versions of items, you need the seal, shard and scroll of the item plus the item itself.

Example: To craft Epic Spectral Gloves, you need the Seal of Spectral Gloves, Shard of Spectral Gloves, Scroll of Spectral Gloves and the Spectral Gloves themselves.
