can not log into DDO under USER account (winXPsp2) using same username/pw as on Administrator account.

user has write/modify privileges to DDO directory.

error:
"web error while accessing the datacenter:
https://gls-auth.ddo.com/GLS.AuthServer/Service.asmx"

"https" connection from a game client?!!?!?

when placed into browser, and correcting the formatting error, the following error is displayed:

Global Login System Authentication Service

Click here for a complete list of operations.
LoginAccount

Authenticates the supplied user credentials. If the supplied username and password are verified by the back-end billing system, this method will return an authentication ticket that can be used to hand off authentication status to other services (such as the game server) as well as a user profile that describes the subscriptions available to this user. Unsuccessful authentication attempts will cause an exception to be thrown which may contain information from the billing system. If that happens, either the username does not exist, or the password was incorrect. The authentication ticket that is returned is valid for a fixed period of time. If it is necessary to maintain an authentication context for longer than a few minutes, the RefreshTicket method should be used to obtain an extended ticket.
Test
The test form is only available for requests from the local machine.

then going to support page:

http://www.ddo.com/component/content...-access-denied

further renders the following error:

is there a reason why, from a ddo.com page there is a script being run from "salesforce.com"

can we say: "cross-site scripting"?
or shall we instead say: "poorly compiled program"?

mind fixing your program to run properly under a user account?
regardless of the microsoft policy of placing every user into administrator's group.
compile your software correctly and stop being lazy.
I use other games that work fine on said user account, and get this, WITHOUT .net!
can you imagine that?!
