Did not get VIP Turbine Points

"VIP points are granted within 48 hours of a successful VIP subscription payment."

Unfortunately, this is not the case. I just got VIP with a GameTime Card and it's been 48+ hours with no VIP Turbine Points.

The links on the Account Management section were no help to me. I am not spending more money on a 1-800 number waiting 10 minutes or longer when it is clearly stated that upon getting VIP, the Points will be added within 48 hours, and it's been more than 48 hours. I got my VIP on the 23rd.
