VIP quests crashing

I've never had the game crash (unless when alt+tabbing out) until I started doing the VIP quests. The first time it happened it was in the quests at the Necropolis. After that we moved up to Gianthold and that's when I started crashing often. I constantly had to shut down the application and relog before getting killed by the mob I had aggroed. This makes it very difficult to complete any of the quests I paid for with my VIP subscription.
My graphics card isn't great, but even my boyfriend's computer, which is a lot older, has no problem running the game without crashing.
I am running Windows Vista x64 Home Premium, with a Pentium Dual core processor e5200 2.50ghzx2 with 6 gigs of ram -- NVidia integrated GeForce 9200. I am running the game at 1920x1080 HD resolution if that matters.
I cannot update my graphics driver because all newer versions other than the original one don't work well with 64 bit Vista, HDMI audio out stops working and I really need to be able to watch shows on my TV. So upgrading to the latest graphics driver is out of the question. I tried tweaking the graphics settings, which didn't work. I also tried lowering the frame rate and slowing down the game engine -- neither of which worked. Here is a list of programs that were running in the background.
KeyScrambler, Symmantec EndPoint protection, Spybot SD, Daemon Tools lite. Though I doubt it has anything to do with them since I had no problems doing all of the free quests.
Is there anything that can be done (I read about others having this problem and re-installing the game didn't work for them)?

I bet you that it has nothing to do with whatever quest you're doing. Now that your pc started crashing, go and try those other quests you never had any problems with, I'm pretty sure you'll crash. I'm saying this because I've NEVER had any kind of problem with this game until Nov 16 2009 when turbine installed their last update, after that, pc's been crashing. I'm lucky if I can play for 45 minutes in a row now. I've heard ALOT of people saying that the same thing happened to them since the last 2 updates...weird huh?

You can go to support with this but I really think the problem is NOT on any of our computers, but on Turbine's.
