Cannot load world "Connection to Server Lost!"

Hi, every time i go to load Dungeons and Dragons Ebberon unlimited, i can log into my account create a character but as soon as i click "Enter" to enter the world to play it doesnt load and if i give it a while to load an error screen will pop up saying "Connection to Server Lost!" Then the game just shuts down. Is it because i run off of wireless internet connection that connects to a router? I dont know, please help i really want to play this game!

i think because mines say connection error I think you need to change the screen thingy to aero or something Idk i need help

I have been getting the same thing for several hours now.

And since the last patch I lag out a lot when transitioning between areas. Pain in the if you ask me.

Just as an update. I was able to get in once last night but as soon as I made a transition from one area to another it lagged me out and I could not get back in again.

I was playing the game until 8 am CST (GMT -6) but when I tried again that afternoon at 4 pm CST thru 11 pm CST I was unable to get in other than that 1 time.

I am trying again this morning 7 am CST and still can not get into the game.

I can choose a world and choose a character but it goes to the load screen and sits there until it times out.

Edit: I am trying to log into Khyber. But have tried 3 other servers as well (including Orien) and still the same thing.

OK I continued to have this problem.

I was playing just fine until the previous update, and when that update happened all of a sudden I started to get the "connection timed out" error.

Last night I broke down and connected my cable modem directly to my laptop and guess what it works just fine. I have no idea why it was working over wireless just fine previous to the the last update and then the month plus after the update I could barely play.

As far as I can tell, it seems to be something with playing it over wifi. Whenever I try with a network cable it works fine. Makes me think that it won't connect unless the max speed of your network adapter is above some number and the wifi max speed is below that. Or it might just not like wifi connections. Probably need to ask a developer/someone at turbine for sure.

Cable Connection Is a work arround..But *** i have to work with wifi or else i have cable my hole house.

Im having this exact problem as well and I am directly connected via cable and not using wifi.... Could it be because I have a router between my cable connection and the modem? Thats stupid if I have to shut down my entire houses network and directly connect to the modem in order to play...

For anyone still having this problem i believe the problem is that you are running on a dynamic ip address, I am positive that you need to have a static to play this game.
