Default Please limit mulitclassing to only 2 classes

Mulitclassing leads to all kinds of party confusion, and it is difficult to form a party when there are too many classes attached to one character.

Why do you say that? Do you assume that the party leader is too stupid to figure out what a 16 cleric/1 monk/1ftr is but they can figure out a 16 cleric/2ftr? Pretty sad to think anyone could be that stupid and actually playing the game.

Wow...how many "don't do that" threads can you start? Do we need to look at the record books because OP is getting close?

tip in party forming, if someone's build is complicated, ask them what role they would like to fill.

Even in single class, you can't always tell what someone is by looking at the class they took. Cleric joins your party, he's actually mellee DPS, Bard joins your party, he actually has the halfling dragonmark feats and can handle all the healing needed for your quests. Your rogue does not have search, but can disable traps, your ranger has search maxed out.

Fact: In this party, if nobody asks or tells each other what their strength is, it will fail miserably, however with some communication, this could be a very effective team.

So 2 options we have here are
    1. Limit everyone's options to minimize any difference between characters.
    2. You can just ask people what roll they intend to be filling?

Wow, that might be one of the worst ideas ever, if anything, I want more variety in how I build my characters, not less.

Or just reject it out of hand... it's amazing how infrequently people decline my odder builds. I'm guessing they're scared, and are just hoping I'll go away.

Agreed. I encourage everyone to give this troll a +1 rep to thwart is feeble efforts. OTOH, maybe he is doing it to be percieved as a troll weanting neg rep when he really wants positive rep.OR maybe he is trying to get negative rep by making us think he wants positive rep by trying to get negative rep....oy veh!
