I need an advice on crafting first greensteel weapon for my caster cleric. +1 and +2 Wis stacking boni are very appealing. Is it a good idea to put +6 Wis on the same item to free up a neclace slot or are there better options?

The plus nine wisdom item is nice but remember it will probably be replaced once you get your crafted ToD ring. If you like to melee at all you wont want that on a weapon anyways. The most powerful cleric crafted item is a concordant opposition. I would look to make this first on any cleric but it is a dual shard and take longer to make.
you get the conc opp effect if you craft negative on tier1 and postive on tier2 or vice versa

I would recommend sticking to just a Tier 2 item for your first crafting. Smalls and Mediums are fairly easy to come by. Make an item to boost your Spell points, and combine other features like WIS 6 works well. With only Tier 2, you are not tied down or as strongly commited to that item. As you see what else is showing up, you might well decide that something else works better for you and your playstyle, or new items show up which make old ones either obsolete or less important.
There are a number of crafting guides on the web to help you see what is possible to make, and then you can decide what fits best. Pay attention to the item slot too, since the new stuff for various characters fits in some of them. (Like I am glad I did not make the Item as Gloves for example on my Cleric who is quite happy with the new Titan Strength Gloves from Mindsunder now.
A little foreplanning on what types of items you might be upgrading to can avoid a little angst later.

Ok this thread explains most of it... it's a lot of information to sift through, but it should help.

Just to give you some advice, what I did on my Favored Soul was go for Concordant Opposition Goggles (doesn't seem like there are too many good goggles for Divine casters). So:
Tier 1 Negative (Blindness and Disease Immunity),
Tier 2 Positive (+50 SP, +2 Cha skills)
Tier 3 Positive (Dual Shard, Positive + Negative) (+100 SP, +3 Cha skills)
Combination of Tier 1 and Tier 2 also gave me +6 Wisdom, +10 haggle and +10 diplomacy
Adding in the Tier 3 dual shard gave me: Chance on hit to get SP/HP back (Think it's like 1% chance of getting 30 HP or 30 SP back)
It's quite a bit more than 1%.
When Concordant Opposition was initially introduced, the Devs incorrectly thought that multiple Conc Opp items stacked - as such, to prevent people crafting 6-8 of them, they intentionally made Conc Opp have the very low proc rate of 1% for SP, 1% for HP.
The Devs later learned that these items do not stack, and upon learning that upped the proc rate significantly. I'd be guessing, but it feels like it goes off 4% of the time for the SP (I pay no attention to when the HP side goes off at all).
I don't have a zerging problem.
I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.
You will probably use Lorriks Necklace out of the hound for Wiz VI and Wisdom +6. A pair of goggles that are"
#1 Air hitpoints
#2 Air spell points
#3 Air spell points
You will get Three 1:30 second hastes, always nice on a cleric, and +5 on Charisma skills, nice when you are buying scrolls. They also have a chance of air Gaurd or casting a haste if you are hit. You can go all spell points and get +6 to Charisma skills, but lose out on the HP's.
It is a single tier III so you will not need that many scales
