Default Monk Build - questions, setup, feedback

    Good evening!
This time, my request is about Monk. [28 Pointer]
I'm looking for build with high dps and ac setup. There are few things that i want to take.
First of all, he's supposed to be fist fighter. Using Air and Sun stances.
I guess TWF tree will be needed. I've no idea about finesse.
After reading a monk guide, i was considering Stunning Fists feat.

Race : Dwarf or Halfing. Prefered Dwarf - open for changes
Goal : Good Dps, stuns (i've heard they are working really great)
Extras : high ac, saves ( that's what monks do best ? )

I'm not really keen on monks, but i tried to find base stats.
    What about 14str || 16 dex || 14con || 8 Int || 15 Wisdom || 6 Charisma.
I know this build will lack CE, the question : is it really essential?
About skill points, well Concentration, balance, what more?

Any other base stats setup, better than this one is REALLY welcome!
Every feedback and other ideas & opinions are really, really welcome!
    Thanks in advance!

No you don't need CE. Finishers will take you out of CE stance, and frankly, you'll have a high enough AC as it is.

The TWF line is a must for monks, it adds extra attacks to your attack chains while unarmed. The more attacks the better. You'll want to pick up finesse as well. You'll primarily be in Wind stance at higher levels, so your dex will be much higher than strength, and unarmed combat is finessable.

Halfing is better if you want more DPS, since you can get halfling guile which adds sneak attack damage to anything that doesn't have agro on you. Stunning Fist is the way to go, since you can stun 95% of the mobs in this game with a high DC, so you want to keep your wisdom maxed out. A stunned mob will go down very fast.

Your starting stats are fine, you don't need to go any higher than an 18 base dex, so if you can start with a 16 dex and get a +2 tome, or put a point in when you level and use a +1 tome. Other then that, I would put all level ability points in to wisdom.

DPS strategies for monks are: spam elemental attacks, stun and crit, unbalancing and sneak dmg.

Dwarves a good at stunning. somehow get 18 (16 maybe if the cost to STR is too high) CON and utilize the power of the earth and go between earth and lightning elemental strikes. Stay in wind stance to keep the attack speed and AC up. Pick up stunning fist and put a ton of points into wis.

without extra sneak damage, its best to do stunning fist and forego the unbalancing altogether.
